Tribek Properties formed in 1994. Though grateful for the time they had spent working together at Childress Klein Properties, one of the region’s most respected real estate companies, they longed to launch their own business. They created Tribek Properties, a company that was small but nimble enough to handle the growing real estate development demands of the Southeast.
From the very beginning, Tribek focused on retail development, but eventually branched out into mixed-use, adaptive reuse, medical, office and industrial. Across the region, the company has developed more than 100 retail, office and industrial developments totaling 5 million square feet that is currently valued at approximately $500 million.
